David’s career includes senior legal leadership at SpaceX, where he served as Acting General Counsel, navigating the complex legal and regulatory landscape of one of the world’s most ambitious aerospace companies. He has also served with distinction in the U.S. Navy Reserve and the Department of the Army, where he developed deep expertise in strategic intelligence and international law. Known for his superior analytical and communications skills, David has a proven ability to identify problems, build consensus among competing stakeholders, and develop creative solutions that work in the real world.
